Homemade Jersey Ice Cream
Cow Shack Ice Cream Ltd. was established in 2020 and located at the small hamlet of Scaftworth near Bawtry.
The mission from the start is to produce and sell the very best of Ice Cream possible using fresh Jersey milk and cream from our own beloved Jersey cows grazing the rich and fertile grasslands of the Idle Valley at Scaftworth.
This produces a superbly rich smooth and creamy Ice Cream with a fabulous and unique taste, to this we add the very best of ingredients to make around 30 different flavours.
Farm Life
We at Manor Farm are extremely passionate about our Jersey girls and endeavour to give them the very best of care for its our belief from happy cows the tastiest of milk is produced and just like a wine it reflects the ground and the aria it comes from.

Looking for a delicious treat? Look no further. Our freshly served milkshakes may just be the answer for you! Served with our very own jersey milk, our milkshakes are creamy, unique and have a blast of flavour. If you’re after a range of delectable flavours we have up to sixteen heavenly options for you to choose from! From alternating flavours such as the classic chocolate combo to the yummy lotus biscuit you are guaranteed to be addicted to their loaded flavouring.
On top of all of that, our milkshakes are served with a whirl of whipped cream, a swirl of sauce and finished off with a topping from a picking of your choosing. Sounds good right? Just not csr park is 50 yards down the road and easy to miss
Would budget on the expensive side but it's a treat never the less.
Surrounded by great scenery.
Car park is located in a field with an entrance wide enough for one car in/ out. Be very cautious. Short walk to the ice cream parlour.
Great menu, loads to choose from. Portions (scoops) are huge. Prices start from £3. Kids loved it... and I enjoyed a relaxing beer whilst they scoffed their faces!
